Payment may be made by Credit Card online using our secure credit card processing system.

Make a Payment

In Person

Payment may be made by Credit Card on the day of the service or upon receipt of your invoice (pre-approved accounts only). Our team members are equipped with mobile credit card processing (NO DEBIT). Payments may also be made at our office, but an appointment must be scheduled in advance with one of our team members, please contact us for availability.

By Phone

Our office can process your credit card payment by phone and provide an electronic receipt by email or a paper receipt by Fax or Mail. Please contact us to make a payment.

Interac e-Transfer

We accept Interac e-Transfers for your convenience.  Please direct your Interac e-Transfer to and use your four digit invoice number as the security answer if required.


Cheques are accepted for payments on pre-approved in house credit accounts.  Cheques are otherwise not accepted for payment for services unless pre-approved by management in writing.

COVID-19 Update

As information continues to evolve about COVID-19 in Canada, we are taking extra precautions to protect our clients and staff.  On-site services will be limited to emergencies and network related issues that cannot be repaired remotely. Frequent sanitizing of devices and proper handwashing procedures are already in place.  We recommend clients regularly sanitize their own devices as well as shared devices like copiers, printers, and shared terminals.  Options for teleworking, in most cases, can be deployed remotely.  Please reach out to us for more information on what options are available to you.  We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
